do i really deserve here in sapura...but really...hoo u..hehe

do i really deserve here in Sapura..

In life, i was taught by my late father, there is no free lunch.Economist proved it,politicians live by it,the prophet glorified it.and that in life , the world owes you nothing..you are your own responsibility. So at that "matured" age just nice to move in to Sapura, though the CEO was no stranger to my family, i needed accolades to get in as though my stints at Kesang Kasturi Matsushita Industrial Asia Commercial finance City Link were not enough. But at that particular time of telco insurgence , i was employed by Federal Telecoms and that my boss,Mr Koid was in some sort of entanglement related to MBO with the management ,his parting words with me was ..i built this, i can do it again...and sure enough, soon after , he founded AMTEL. Thats character and determination for you of winners in this present life.
Anyway, the reason i saw him , besides telling him i was leaving,i was actually asking his permission if i could "transfer" the 2 way radio contract for DBKL to Sapura or at that time named Teledata Sdn Bhd, and as luck would have it, this "absconding" of contract was the least of his worries then, he just looked at me,frowned and smiled ...sure.....all the best Yazli...then after , he shook my hands.
And what gamble it was, as a week before that, just as Dato's secretary,Sherry, called and informed me that she had fixed an appointment for me with Encik Hassan, the then GM of Teledata,said..kami tak janji apa apa ye Yazli, terpulang lah pada repot Encik Hassan kat Dato nanti...i had to play that bluff of the poker game to En Hassan that i had permission to transfer that radio contract to Teledata, and imagine if Mr Koid said NO!..hehe..
And for whatever the reason, though one was that he had sole rights to advert space on all pay phone's booth ,he left as i came in and that a certain Encik Hussein had then became "king" there. And during my introductory meet with him, his opening sentence to me was...so...what was your bullshit to Hassan??..and then at that time i knew this was going to be a rough ride at Sapura...
So, sales it was and because we were Bumis in Technology,we had it going. Good.
Till now that dream sales team at Teledata was the best i ever associated with.We were divided into sectorials, each had a core product, and the co operation between the sales individuals was phenomenal. We were hitting 10 m a month , established Kedai Sapuras nationwide, i even ventured Cambodia with hand held delivery of 200 motorolla units with Hanafi for a certain Encik Ahmad for that wild experiences of RM 1600 margin of thank u's Cambodian style, witnessed our dealers became "richer" than us,till this "got this guy on a dime...sly" made his move. His biggest mistake , he disturbed the 'gem' unit at Teledata, Sales and Marketing. Well... not so much Marketing as that business head,LMC, was only focussing at that time on our Sapura Rep in USA, little that she knew her Malaysian unit then had just experienced 'titanic'.
And of the DBKL Radio contract, it was a forgone conclusion i succeeded other five figure accounts i "acquired" was Johor Port, bread and butter sales to me those days were normalcy, selling under the Sapura brand was key but when we wanted to rebrand Motorolla and Nokia phones to Sapura , my GM,Encik Hussein opposed saying why should we start anew when these giants have already been throwing their names in a big way at the market for the last 2 decades or so.The President agreed.
Perhaps, at the hey days of superb selling those days,we didnt realize the Management wanted change. While one was in location, the other, sizing down the sales staff because we were literally at loggerheads with the Management for stocks,i mean where else do you hear , GMs and other key people were also selling.
So, they set the trap for us.On pretense, we were sent to a Sales Seminar where we can truly speak without getting "harmed" the chopping board was brought out.And to those that did not "support" the current Management and its policies, we were simply cut off.Imagine top sales people were sent to take care of inventories, whom eventually resigned, and me while had a marginal raise and slight promotion,.was put under a Mr Siva, whom if not browning his tongue, was finding the slightest problem with me as to cast the ice on me, the most favourite punishment practice here at Sapura,if any,its only for their whims and fancies to do what they want here.In the second month, i too quit , at Dato's MBA MIT stint,he was pretty upset when he knew i had left upon returning....ungrateful was his high toned at me, which i gave a loud sigh..hehe....well....the other vps from Izzet to Wan Shah just didnt care, whar else was i to do...
Well...the other start was really an end as this "cousin in law" of mine just wanted my parents RM500 k ...for he and his partner to start household No 2..while they sold the robotics idea of confirmed sale to Proton City,it turned out to be just a wishful thinking my mum and dad wished hadnt happened, but thats what happen when they did things behind my back. And in my Pahang Royaltys friends usual remark...ehh..aq x masok campor..hehe..
Then life in the fast lane in its literal sense kicked in.Tun M , adored for his ventures of bringing Malaysia to the eyes of the world, roped in F1 and through fast and frenzy networking spent a great deal of events viz a n p for SIC.From pit girls, to many types of girl, Dreamscope was living the dream...singlehandedly,Yaz Yahya was a synonymous figure at the F1 track until he crashed and burnt there, brakes failure cause but the experiences however, worthwhile.
Okay....the vast of us may not know the intricacies of events per say..but any jo six pack can tell us that a 3 day road show equipped with miniature f1 karts n alike in 3 major cities of Penang,JB,KL costs a lot more than their RM 50k tickets, and when you have announced in papers you will be supporting my events and showing up at these places but only appeared in Penang, i reckon i have that right not to pay you back the tickets.. dont u think.
From an envious point of view, i was hooked. But throwing F1 parties was job requirement and soon after i was caged for being an excessive drug user. And I think at the whimpy moan of my dad's "...he has been on it all this while since overseas why now".....mum intervened and the relief of 3 months sentence in Serenti was served.
Sapura Motors was then the new home...and you will only skyve said the President but that happened only after 10 years. The first 8 there was pretty intense and mind opening of how they do things the corporate way.
Well, i must admit. After the glory and high life of the telecommunication industry plus a whiff of IT in the world as seen by Shukor Karim ..hehe.....my first impression of Sapura Motors was ..what!!??weii!!..camner nak idop kat sini nii??...arghh dari kener kacau ngan bouncer bouncer SIC tuu..adjust laa cepat doe ...hehe...
More of an "imam" rather than the MD, my first meet with Encek Shah was quite revealing of how things work around here. Short of telling me Sapura Motors was actually the anak tiri yang di pinggir in the Group,Islam was a steadfast core around here and in some subtlety in the end told me that because i am "related" to the Prez, they will be hard to come get me here at all costs, but stand your grounds. Then he "educated" me the difference between OE and RE business , a brief of the auto industry was a must, but he kept wondering all along that day if i knew what OE and RE was, i was going to tell him i was an International Sales Exec at Matsushita Industrial and we OE d for 16 brands, but that would be like challenging his authority, so i shut the fucked up and kept to the ya , encek Shah ..no encek Shah ..formality..hehe.And looking at my preferred experiences, he slotted me in at New Business Development 2,Ungku Shamir NBD 1.Till now, we were clueless of what went on there then.
The "corporate culture" here was actually a culture shock at first for me. Living in KL, call time was 0600,after just a nescafe, id be here at Bangi by 0800..to firstly attend morning assembly and taskirah ,everyone was asked to speak,so from mesages of movies to my experiences in the kaabah, our mornings were always mind opening to say the least. And the Industrial girls of uniforms and tudungs were quite an inspiration for the guys there to do their best , really, and my did some beauts come and go there outside the MDs office then..hehe..
Job specs if i can still recall was all communication, advertizing matters pertaining to the Motors group ,work with consultants if its any value added to the company.
But what he didnt tell me that day ,was that the Motors Group is actually helmed by Dato Shahriman and of rarity he showed up at the office in his EVO 8 one day and i accidentally met him, what are you doing here remarked by him was saved by Encek Shah who pulled him aside and explained further, i knew this was going to be tough going, at least from a career perspective, my first on job training there was a 4 days Automotive Vendors meeting in Bangkok with Azmi Haron...i thought i heard Dato Shahrimans gesture of ..sure u sending him there?? to he'll be fine response from Encek Shah. In a synopsis of the symposium ,attended by blue eyed vendors of car makers in South East Asia, Protons vendors were constantly warned of price wars and price reductions,so if selling capatis were a better deal, go for it...sustain and absorb losses or close shop in short.
My first real task after submitting that Bangkok report to him of which i just handed over the materials obtained to his response ..i nak buat apa ngan semuer ni..Yazli....sometimes his instructions were not that crystal clear and that got me into trouble with the MD. I mean..instead of give me 2 page report please of what went on there his instruction was what have you got for me from Bangkok...thouught what i did was sufficient and that was my NO 1 BOOBOO here and that got the MD on my back..hehe....anyway my task after that was to prepare soft and hard materials for the OIC exhibition and as plain selling as it should have been , every other comments from higher positions made it impossible to finalize so i decided to call a tender for it and that made things worse.hehe..
Well, while the tender exercise was exhaustive and no brilliance came to mind of the participants , i had to transfer my own creativity and ideas ideal at that time to my brothers agency which of course seized the deal, like it was a terrible and only crime in this country to begin with. I did the copywrite, envisaged the visuals and produced a transparent wired car with our parts in it , only the missing lights as promised to Sapura HQ was amidst, and with brochures flyers flash screenings of rm 60k was the reasonable price closed. the COO s challenge of i can do it for 10k sparked war against me there and immediately a Dr Sham was appointed my boss , things of familiarity happening to me again at Sapura.
While everyone here thought i made it rich through that which was really quite a joke and stupid , all i got was my RM500 my brother gave me for taking my computer at his office and a 3 night stay in Golok with Zamani as the contractor but later in my audit days found out my "new" boss Doc Sham was making that RM500 as his daily meal.
Seriously...this Doc Sam was really da boss from hell...having known him earlier for being one of my uncle's charges at UKM who was a vice chancellor there, i thought my path was going to be easy at this walk in the park..instead it became the path stalked by Freddy Kueger..

But first lets get to know this guy.....true ..he had brains.Being an educationist at tertiary level,he carried a certain ego.. equipped with PHd ,golf skills, cool humour, the corporate looks ,that dress for success with built and height, best , he had the gift of da gab.He can whizz his way out of everything..audits,management enquiries, directors inquisition, even the owners' commands...but he had manners, that diplomatic gesture in reprimanding or being reprimanded and he wasnt rude to the owners...they remain as his boss which most here think otherwise...sure..he has called them budak kecheek..but thats as worse as it gets...and he can sweet talk everything out of everyone here, from the early days he joined, audits fail to nail him on anything except a 2 inch thing i brought up i tell you later....he met his Waterloo..and his days are numbered here...but he was warned about it a few times from me but that lu siaper penageh...made me even more determine to nail his ass...and when i did, i felt really bad about it,but everyone has to have limits right.this guy was beyond control thats all.The fiercest battle he had here was with ex audit boss, the best i reckon that came along here,Encik Rashidi..this guy ...a forensic audit expert, came up with brilliant issues and uncoverings, ones that no one else came close to finding but time after time ,Doc Sam prevailed, "payong kembang" of the Management key, until someone up there thought Rashidi was being a bit too dangerous here and masterminded a horizontal career move elsewhere twice the pay,Rashidi gave in to the truce..which was a pity as he would have been good for the company, his parting words with me when asked about Sapura Schulz at the early days when audit was sent to do due diligence of the place before handing over to us..i asked..wat you think..boss??...jual besi burok jer laa...Yazli...and true..six months or so later..it became a steel grave yard.
Doc Sam, ,Senior GM in charge there.RM 40 million buy out flushed out just like that, a pakcik on his way to tell mgt Germans have another hideout here ,killed. We now facing a legal suit that could make us defunct.Or back in funk..hehe..and i could be the living chicken or dead hero telling this..haha
Now..my personal grudge with him. In six months under him, i got about 5 show cause letters on petty issues like being ten minutes late to show up at Auto Mechanika ...but really that was just a cover as the real reason was that i got to walk with Tan Sri Rafidah and appeared in Berita Harian for showing her our place, instead of him, then when i called Rose from Kelantan to apply for emergency leave as i couldnt get a flight, i was given another letter for not calling in,the ridicules went on along those lines until En Shah agreed with him to put me on probation for one year, with that, my status quo in position and salary. All work and ideas i did for him KIVeed , most annoyingly,we were given the right by Frost Sullivans to host WRC in Malaysia for only RM4 Mill which was daylight robbery, ignored, the other , an appointment with Director JPJ to brief him further on plans and ideas for us to be the only licensed workshop of conversion for all Proton cars, his response..jangan merepek la beb.
But the worse , was ,instead of asking me why my old lap top was blanked as i had to pass it to TFT ..answered simply if asked .. i have downloaded it onto another hard drive now on my table,he told everyone i cant read and write and that made me a lone assassin then ,and theres only room for one of us here,bucko!.....and with his high religious activities and non stop prayings but showing with up new sophomores at exclusiveKorean restaurants in city centre every other week made me begin to hate Islam.

Meanwhile, back at Mines front, the word down was total transformation of Sapura's corporate branding. Most active subsidiaries sent their AnP reps there for thorough briefing , my task was to seek appointments with Proton's and Perodua's CEO Office for our overseas consultant, this package bout USD 4 million i heard..Proton ,was as usual impossible to get, so we managed a written questionaire in reply, but Perodua , through my knowing the CEO then Dato Syed Zainal, through our Cupid FC days, the discussion was a success. Though i did catch that hint, when he said i d go through the thick n thin supporting Sapura only because of Dato Shahril, that "understood" expression on the face of the kwai lo consultant.
From that line and other things he talked about that day,Sapura Industrial just wasnt up to mark in delivery there , complacency and the old cock at this business was cause. That was my summation the kwai lo didnt catch on anyway.

From our fonts, logos, taglines, images, visuals, everything was created from the findings they gathered from talking to most management of active subsidiaries and main customers after six months. Knowledge &Technology became our steadfast identity ,Sapura s Value imbedded in everything relevant to the company, and a strange thing caught my eyes of the new Logo. The old one always had 4 insignia s representing , Tan Sri, late Puan Sri,Dato Shahril and Dato Shahriman. But this new one, only has 3.on each side of the S .

Answered in months,Sapura was then flying half massed flags for the demise of the late Puan Sri Sapura. Hepatitis C was cause and my only regret was not able to salam her and asked for forgiveness when we saw her for the last time at Singapores private hospital, heavily guarded and a very quick visit ,reason. And until now, i do not understand of that serious glare at me after i told her to kirim salam Shahril,Shahriman, Auntie at Mak Intans house one day.But a few years ago , one day before i was saved in some divine intervention of an oxygens tanks repeated knocks that delayed my ascend to the surface before a twin propeller ferry would for sure made mince meat out of me, i dreamt the late Puan Sri in her blue dress..boleh bawak auntie jumpa mummy abang....boleh auntie..and after i knocked on my mums door and she opened..Mummy..Auntie....!!..kan dia dah meninggal..!!i shouted in my heart..after finding her gone..then awakened in cold sweat to my Ex audit boss,En Nik's voice..nape Yazli??...brought me back to reality...i am convinced she saved me that day as that ferrys path was the berth place of my first open water dive test with my sisters Datin Yazreen and Yazween, not forgetting Nigel,on the family's yacht,Khaliq 1.

Anyway, my days at Marketing after the transformation was history. I think it was more of instruction from the top rather than the MD's decision,i was transferred to Internal Audit. I could sense the relief of most employees and bosses and their looks of..elehh..mamat ni aper yang tahu... tho the real message i think was ..this is how we do things around here and tell us what is wrong. And after one and a half years, i finally got my confirmation at the new name Sapura Industrial after changing from Sapura Motors...MD's first written note to Puan Adillah . being the boss there then, please confirm Yazli Yahya asap.

Within the short time given, i was asked to reflect corporate governance, corporate policy, risks quadrant, risks management and preferred solutions to all the issues i uncovered at each company.Being the new kid on the block, i was at a total loss at first then the COO made it easier...he gave us KPI's which was at least 8 worthy findings per exercise per company, after that i caught on the ball game and i made it quite a terror ride for those needing to answer my issues at the wrap up session of each of the company we went to.

Meanwhile , SIB was in itself going through a serious business transformation of acquiring more accounting leverage on product differentiation which was basically to capitalize and expand on present strengths as to become a quite intensive in every aspect of the automotive engineering business. In short,we were venturing into both upstream and downstream businesses, but alas, it remained wishful thinking as ill prepared was the cause of our failures there, the concept however, brilliant, i thought and had the Management was a bit more aggressive , we could have pulled it off!

Sophisticated workshops,Chevrolet and Proton car sales, flanges of the Schulz Company became new additions of our range in choice at the market .And Azmi Haron s UK based SAI Klang manufactured RE sports absorbers were potential high flyer sales that couldnt fail. But it did and it did so miserably. So, under the 5 Audit Managers i worked under...Puan Adilah..En Rashidi...Puan Hanizah...Puan Nor bayah...En Nik...3 of them in a space of 12 months..under En Rahidi,Puan Hanizah and Norbayah were to clean up the mess of at least 5 closures of companies in the group. What TF was going on i thought hard as we went through the casualties ,Internal Audit then needed to be fast correct precise creative in giving answers to the BOD and thanks god be willing , we did.And Accepted.

Except for Sapura Schulz, Isencorp (Chevrolet),Automotive Service Centre (sales of Proton as well) ,UKs Sport Absorbers losses were due to our complacency of waiting for walk in customers, lack of creative marketing and non synergies with the Group as a whole. They failed to realize Sapura Group in itself was a dynamic market just waiting to be tapped.6000 employees use cars and at if at least 10% of them wanted to service cars or buy new ones each month , why go to another when a sister company can deliver maybe cheaper, more value added and quick delivery if at all the issues were thought of.This , besides, the Management Owned fleet cars of 40 active subsidiaries.Wasted..i thought.

And of course , at RE levels , your stock count and handling must be accurate monitored by trustworthy persons. But as i was assigned to those issues, there a vast number of double count, unrecorded sales, parts that were WIP but new , were eating up the account there.Alas, as Sapura Technology owned the ASC premises, their RM50,000 rental to SIB was just too much to cope up with,En Shah had to call it a day there, though the license vendor of Proton was suggested to him in creating a smaller entity,my lobbying the Tan Sri Robert Tans family for Spanco to appoint ASC as their new base had just begun and stopped almost abruptly together.

If there was a more preferred SGM i ve ever came across with in my years at Multi Nationals..its gotta be Doc Sam.This guy is really a Demi God at SIB. When i came in, he was in charge of Metal Formers,STC,Marketing then sent to a spin off of a Metal Formers Company,Cirri Tegap, paired off with one or two other Protons vendors to work on secured contracts perpetually from Proton on some metal parts.Again, from the laymans eyes, how can you fail when everything is closed in on 5 year deals, we provided the equipments, the others workforce i think and what was left at the end was salvaged parts returned to us.How bad can one get at this served with these silver spoon business??..i thought...and before i answered... we just managed to sell our land to Sapura Technology for their Smart School in Subang for Rm 40m and this last straw of investment was directed by the top to buy over Schulz Germany in Kuala Selangor,a dig at OnG at last, everyone was as excited as the virgin on her first night, then when Doc Sam was appointed head, habess laa...said Internal Audit..hehe..

But Cmon...he had rights to wanting a driver as he had to commute from Bangi to Kuala Selangor daily..but weekly also accepted, he made it monthly. And we all know when the cats away the mice will party on hard ..!!..yo!.. So as the raw deals come and go, violations after violations were made and acclaimed by both parties, the mother of all rulings will be soon in Singapore whether SIB can live to fight another day,Internal Audit took just at one look at the agreement done by PWH ,shook our heads and had our boss said.. jual besi burok jer laa...cause...how can you buy and sell to one company..Schulz Germany .the rest was En Kelana s task to revive but Sapura Schuilz went into deeper coma til today.Amen.

But through it all, Audit accomplished 2 of the major things i wanted being in the corporate world. One , and more important of the 2, is knowing how the actual system works in the bigger picture.Basically Audit is divided into major parts like Finance n Accounting,Manufacturing Process,Stocks n Inventory,HR,Safety and Procedures,Marketing to name a few. Then after making sure these are done according to policies and procedures, we "operate" on the weakness that have caused severe risks to the company or the potentials it has and after listening to the explanations as needed from the pic , we recommend the solutions as needed and thus giving them another 2 months or so to do it and hence we will do a follow up audit to ensure.

Secondly, and just as important i thought, was to personally know the key personnels that worked there,i was then, just interested in how the GM's brains work and to dissect their personalities further that will affect lives of hundreds or thousands under them. And as we move from one company to another , i finally got that "...ohh...mamat ni camni rupernya"..and thus their true colours of being head honcho of whether they are fighters or only fight for their own pockets and that will always happen at our exit meetings when we bring up the issues ,they try to get those strike off...and my, some exit meetings have become battlefields for hours..haha..

Just for the fun of it, lets see if i can still recall what plagued each and every company of the 5 years i was with them, brevity i guess is in order and i need to stress here this material is not valid in courts or otherwise ...its just for your sizing up of whatever and whoever relevant to Sapura ok..hehe

What better way that to start with my current boss here, Salleh Jani , whom at that time was a rising star of Sapura Brakes Technology which had after some serious networking managed to rope in brake parts from Proton to Sapura Motors , being Head there was his agreement with the MD and he got his wish.

The problem with Encek Salleh here was that he was moving too quick. Before he settled down in SBT at the Bangi plant, he started Gurun for Naza cars. Then he brought in 2 guys from Proton later on their own in browning tongues at the bosses, aka back stabbingf, his ops in Gurun became dis array.Lacking attention there ,things began disintegrating.Stocks vanishing, ops haywire, orders non existent. They then practiced reverse sales of which Naza sent the po's to make their books look good then revoking it later.Audit caught on,told our MD,En Helmi then had 2 ships to run.SBT Gurun, another one bites that the dust, which was good, as only there for 5 days with Puan Norbayah,i was sick as hell inhaling the gases there upon returning.Other things that surfaced at SBT then were mostly the creation of their own business network employed by the employees themselves, transportation, a big chunk in accounts, on going till now,i heard.

As for the biggest earner in the Group,Sapura Machining Corporation, everything was okay there i guess except for a few things that i uncovered there worthwhile mentioning...first this Ruslan guy from Marketing there had nearly crossed swords with me as i mentioned his issues of responding Price Quotation to Manufacturers takes an average of 8 months , from lack of local suppliers to shortage in world ones, his answers are meant for comic books, which is really saying fuck off la u mamak Sapura..hehe..ohh..him btw,Doc Sams blue eyed boy..hehe..

Others were their dire needs there was to expand RnD facilities asap as demands worldwide is good, you can never get an accurate value of scrap because of weighing problems which is Managements way of saying biarlaa budak kiter makan seket, there were parts that were said to have been produced on papers only but not physical during my last Audit at SMC but me and Hezry looked at each other, cakap ko nak ker gadoh ngan Hamdan lagi..x yah ..i said ..then such a pity our line manager had to pay for his childs medical when he was supposed to have that helped by the company, asked him later ..maner ader diaorang tolong...i thought..no wonder a lot of shit happen operationally as there was little support from the offices...especially HR.

SAI, most likely the next one that will bite the dust, have been walking on thin ice since i first joined Sapura Motors.Getting the right person to helm there i think is the biggest problem. I think by now they have had 8 pics but continuous problems with stocks, write offs , sales, lean operations will finally see their days over i think.IASB , latest to severe ties with their manufacturing facilities, just maintain a stock area as to keep the relationship going. My biggest find there was that they havent got Manufacturing License the last 30 years and that nearly sent En Shah through the roof..haha..

AASSB was a tight ship. That was at least when En Adnan was running it. He was so strict at his grounds, Audit couldnt come in if we were not dressed for the lines, ie boots and helmet.Siti Nur ,the Accounts manager there, tho, as she knew i was melting for her , made it difficult for me to do anything relating to her accounts or hr. I even had En Shah to help whom simply told her..lagi lama you tak tolong diaorang ni lagi lama dia kacau u ..nak?...but work wise, the materials transfer between Bangi and Pandamaran always had things stolen, Kazura on SAI's part then blamed AASSB for the theft, but Syeds response, ehh tapi kiter yang hantar....

SIB. On Audit days, it became an enemy of a friend for 3 weeks or so , because Internal Audit is based there. But getting things done and resolved was a walk in the park as we were "family".OK sum cat calls of poyoh! yokk ohh ohh from Rizal but things looked easy enough and issues like unused EDs phone, different brand names of handphones for Yazli Yahya, came alight until one Monday morning when the big breasted Account Exec in our Exec Meeting said there are serious discrepancies in payments for HR's head hunting funds, one i was vigorously searching till D8 got the better of me and had me staring at ceilings and fences for 16 months.

Dad died,Dato' Seri gave a me reprieve , Encek Salleh Jani now helm at International Autoparts Sdn Bhd, a RE Unit,said...come ..try a ride with us,a gesture much appreciated as the rest stayed well clear i heard.

Anyway, Salleh Jnai at the experience of the first arrest, really thought i was at another attempt in coming in here was just a sitting duck.Even the job specs at first was a joke...stated as Market analyst, i was supposed to be dressed up in plain clothes, drive all day around at all parts shops, tyre shops asking for related prices to our products. Being green when i first came out, i did that the first week , then came back to Salleh saying we have 24 active distributors, why cant we get the prices from them. What was yang tersirat then..instead of driving around i would most probably be partying with friends and thus the end will come soon and my salary would still be given as that explains my starting at RM5600 which to my just ended pusat status went ...great!...allahuakbar!...Even my first day at work here again was fixed at April 1...so be no fool ..fool!hehe...

So looking at their need or their wish to go deeper into RE operations my efficiency in Advertizing and English would help them in leaps and bounds as they struggle to even conjure one decent line of London,i suggested id be redesignated to AnP and they agreed.

Primarily, my task is to furnish car magazines all advertorial work each month plus all other related anp works as needed....then in slowly but surely manner, it was taken away from me to another Exec, my guess is that my overseas trips to London etc didnt quite go well with the boss...but thats the least of my worries and i shall go further ..i promise...but i did try to help....our ties with Spanco to mention one went down the drain for we couldnt entertain Dato Hamzah their chairman golf, and our bid in MINDEF to supply lubricants got that jangan buang maser laa..so because of things like those,, my worths to go to another proactive company remain high especially in ong becomes the new burning desire for now.

If there is a god, please put this to work for me, in the meantime, instead of being a devils workkshop at the office, let me earn miserly cents in the game of golf and who knows my days to being single there would indeed be the double happiness in my life insyallah...thanx for staying with me everyone!..importantly..understanding me...salam.

winds of change . god willing.
