Creativity In Human Management

I have gone through hundreds of corporate  case studies during my tenure as a student in Boston University  in ways and means that would identify an employee further to their work place.From super   perks to endless other morale boosting terms  given to employees,there isnt one significant "hand out" thats really effective.Or works for the heart.

Well,maybe for more cash , and  that isnt really one sure thing  that will identify the worker to their brand. That sincere gift that will bring the sincerity in employees , so to speak.Mostly,most  is just for their  evil  greed , not  the need  to be synonymous with the corporate name.

Until the hype of this Acaedemic  Achievement Award To  Employees of Sapura's Children    came along last week  , had i realized that the company is really following through with the Chairman's,Tan Sri Shamsuddin Kadir,doctrine of Workers First in this company, mooted somewhat 3 decades ago,then through the times after that, became only a  pale statement rather than  a positive action the company should follow.Until now.

As luck would have it, my daughter ,Nurdiyana Yazeera , now in pursuance with her academic elitist friends in TKC,Seremban,received this award last Friday. And upon her recognition , my whole perspective of negative outlook on this company had changed.Not in entirety of course as there will be many a character you just despise here,but the paradigm shift is taking place as we speak.

Now,not only i want to excel in my work here and get rid of the trivial habits that had somewhat cost me dearly here, I also have this motivation to work as hard as i could so maybe one day in the distant future , my daughter too could join this brilliant set up of a company, which the president had envisioned a hundred years from now,and to the adage , not what your company can do for you but what you can do for the company, i live to excel an intelligent life here even if it means defying endless heartless souls that say i shouldnt.It is nearly 13 years since i first worked here,from their heydays in Telco to a short abyss period before their majestic presence in Oil and Gas, i have in short been there done that!

Thank you to everyone concerned that had gone out of their ways to help me out of the evil doings of others recently  and  that they still believe i can still achieve  my dreams here , only Allah can repay your kindness ,and lastly , my allegiances and promise  to God that i will  persevere in doing my best here to and uphold  the saying , the more you throw dirt , the more you lose ground, its going to be a whole new ballgame from hereon in, insyallah.  As a kind friend told me yesterday, there are 3 things in life you are uncertain of, your fate in marriage,your fate in death and your fate in blessed earnings, ending this beautiful memoir with que sera sera, what ever will be , will be.
