2.	Hypertune Magazine Shift Magazine	A&P has come out with new visuals so to break away from the repeated ads that make us look so “unfit” to advertize
3.	Website	We really should be taking over again from MIS	With boss’s approval, I will make formal application to LLA.
4.	Metradenet kiosks	A&P should go on random to check these postings at various sites and collect back statistics.	Will submit plans to boss.
5.	SPANCO	Status quo
6.	Visual from UTM on Solar car	Already posted on blogspot few months back
7.	Others	. Will reconvene to set up bill board at personal land opposite north south highway at Duta toll	..to seek approval from boss as to pursue this.

3.	Website	Status  Quo	IA decided its no longer in our hands.
4.	Metradenet kiosks	Final Copy sent to top management,GM IASB said it’s a go,now should be showing at all MATRADE kiosks	En Sulong  of MIS wanted to opt out intlautopart.blogspot from screen…disagree because our concept there character above everything else..
5.	SPANCO	Supposed to work with Pahang Royalty on this,but he has remained silent on the matter,maybe volume too small for his normal business transactiuon	Will still pursue with credible partners
6.	Updates on mileage Earned so far.	Hits on blogspot now over 20,000.	.
7.	Others	.Looking at billboards  which  are personally owned and other new mediums	.

1.	X treme Magazine	Same decision as last meeting..	Status  Quo
2.	Hypertune Magazine Shift Magazine	Payment still pending from Accounts. They keep to their words spot on..why cant we?	Raya Issue  out soon..Hypertune should be sending writers n photographers to Sapura Industrial Open House.
3.	Website	Status  Quo	IA decided its no longer in our hands.
4.	Metradenet kiosks	Payment has been made to Metradenet . Materials from IASB also done.	LLA wanted MIS to revamp the whole thing,MSJ had meeting with MIS on 26th April and gave them a month to do that. Latest,LLA is now happy with template,unhappy with contents,have communicated with MSJ,have no idea what transpired/
5.	SPANCO	Still need a platform to manoever this deal	Status Quo
6.	Updates on mileage Earned so far.	Hypertunes selling about 55,000 copies a month that translates to 165000 readers a month average. Blogspot has 18,500 readers to date.	To find similar tools  and platforms.
7.	Others	In the pipelines are other Cost cutting ways to advertise.	These include billboards,e magazines, matrade kiosks overseas.If our matters not settled,dare we go elsewhere.

1.	X treme Magazine	Came back n wanted to compensate in gila kereta n introduced new pic replacing Vnnie.	En Salleh said  that they would be considered at next years budget.
2.	Hypertune Magazine Shift Magazine	Alerted Kumeran that Akim messed up on  our Sapura Industrial logo for 2 issues now,sent out a probe	Kumeran admitted it was carelessness on their part,going to compensate for us of  a wrtite up for Ramadhan issue in shift n hypertune, visual .as attached
3.	Website	Talked to Puan Liyana that our websites product description is wrongly aligned and had told Yus 2 months ago.	Final copy not done yet was her response.
4.	Metradenet kiosks	Alerted Management that we have bypassed major events n maybe the need to pull out.	Encek Khuzairie reassured us they will try accommodate that our first day happens when we have paid and our ad is shown
5.	Metrademnet kiosks	Meeting  with Puan Liyana on contents	Below were her comments: 1.the in out flashes are too fast n abrupt. 2.the triangles on the pages not suitable to the chosen soothing blue colour 3.Rewrite by SIBs ad agency copywriter on our About us,Product and Services,Our target segment,Strategy.Client Charter 4.Client charter on the page has strategy as the heading and has no listings of clients and models. 5.spelling checks on performances and absorbers on main page 6.remove  wordings writing gallery,brochure,contact on screen 5.change e mail to iasb@sapuraindustrial.com.my 7.Keep articles on intlautopart blogspot to automotive related 8.Remove about me in blogspot as its company’s. 9.have a short write up on SIB after the logo at top of page. 10.Maybe an avenue to solicit advertizers on the blogspot. 11.E mail her the writtings for kiosks immediately. 12.put new map to smc instead of sib  on metradenet contents
6.	SPANCO	Still need a platform	Really perplex why are still at loss about this issue.
7.	Others	Working with Metradenet on  putting a screen on mums land at n-s  highway , can offer sapura companies discount.	Mum has agreed on the outset.
