What Manchester United Can Teach The Business Community...

First of all, i am writing this as a neutral, scholar, corporateer, footballer  and not as a  lover of Man U  since Remove Form at Lindisfarne College in 1977.In fact , at that time under Sexton i think, Man U was so bad , they even went down to second division . but my loyalty was undivided because of 2 reasons ..Busby Babes..when nearly all the team perished at Munich air crash they regrouped and came back as Champions Of Europe and that says a lot about Character of Champions.Second..they had playboy genius footballer..George Best. Not like the disco 8 or the others trying to emulate him here in poor ugly Malaysia..when  given the Malaysian Jersey ..it is your passport to Girls Galore and Extreme Enjoyment..on the field..we cannot even beat Timor Timor..haha...nooo..George Best Proved he was  unmatchable on the pitch first ..then what he does on the dance floor or bed has little effects  on the pitch..he continued to be in a class of his own..thus ...a legend!..
But us  under the overdosed sexual  adrenaline of that blood  management of Malaysia FC who can blame em ..eh!!..hehe...

Aite.. back to culpable points...Man U 's recruitment of Alex Ferguson can only be described as  divine intervention or that of pure magic ...translating to   simply  meaning ..sometimes you must have that luck to
succeed. Then trust highly to those you have given power to.If he delivers to your KPI , then make it more worthwhile for him to stay and invest on the "team" as to bring in greater glory. Starting with Giggs,Cantonna,Cole, all these were investments that opened the flood gates of success for Man U..and at everytime, the BOD supported him all the way till he clinched title number  20. Owners never took credit but instead immortalized Sir Alex. Businesswise, give credits where its due and if the stalwart has delivered, keep supporting him so greater success can be achieved.Always think as a team, once selfish personal goals come to play, its adios esta la vista baby...or kiss my ass goodbye to any thing worthwhile.

Then, last but not least, dont let the MASTER leave too big a shoes to fill, the next guy will surely fail..and  i think Moyes will, but not as bad as i cant even name 3 legitimate Malaysian players right now, to me its treason as i look back  with pride at the era of Chin Aun ,Mokhtar and gang...Malaysias Finest Eleven  Ever..when even South Korea trembled  and Japan faltered...but now they just ask back  again at reporters ...Malaysia still play football ..kah??...wakakakaka....apologetically...they trying to say they have gone as far as the semi finals in World Cup...just where is Malaysia now.186th is it.

Salam.
